The local Water is Basic team is positioned to restore wells from the Ugandan border to Yei River State so those who are making the long walk home will find water and hope along the way.
More than 1,000,000 South Sudanese sought refuge in Uganda over the last 18 months. Yes water is basic, but water is also so much more. Right now water means it's ok to start the journey home.
