My name is Annalise. I am 9 years old and am working to do my part to support Water Is Basic, an organization that is dedicated to well restoration in South Sudan.
My goal was to raise $1,250 by November 30th, but I achieved that goal and now am aiming for $2,500. That's the cost to restore 2 wells for people who are desperate for clean water. I pledge to keep running 1 mile+ per week, along with my two sisters - Keira and Brienne, until my goal is met! Thank you to everyone who has donated so far!
Water is Basic is unique because it's a local organization, dreamt by South Sudanese and employed by South Sudanese. They just need the funds to keep going!
